Our goal
Living responsibility,
shaping the future
We have defined a mission for ourselves that encompasses our ESG activities and is reflected both in the company’s processes and in the actions of its employees.

We are committed to anchoring ESG as a central element of our business activities and to strictly observing market-leading standards at asset and fund level in our mission for sustainable growth and long-term economic success.
As an owner-managed company, we act as a fair, transparent, responsible and future-oriented partner.

We take responsibility, assess every investment decision against ESG criteria and consider counter-effects in order to avoid negative impacts. Our advisory approach improves the energy efficiency of the properties we manage, promotes digital technologies and innovative business models, conserves resources and reduces the ecological footprint.

We also face up to our responsibility towards society, our stakeholders and our employees and respect their needs, demands and expectations. In doing so, we confirm our value proposition as a specialist in sustainable and future-proof investment ideas and our ambition to be a fair and secure employer.

For REInvest, sustainability and future viability therefore mean consistently and permanently putting economic, ecological and social added value for investors, partners and employees first.
In 2019, a staff unit was set up at management level which, in close coordination with the executive management, steers all processes for the development, coordination and implementation of sustainability strategies and measures.
